- supporting top quality of the products;
- shortening of the delivery time;
- Total meeting of customers' requirements and needs in order to build and keep mutual trusting;
- Binding of the personnel with company's main purposes. Enhancing of their motivation by: training; providing of optimal conditions of work and excellent organization of the production process;
- Optimizing of the production technology for ecological and harmless for the human health items as well as strict observing of the requirements for keeping the environment clean.
